Q: You are factory or trading company?

A: We are a professional stage lighting company that is mainly engaged in the product research and development, design,production, sale and service with our own factory.

Q: How many tests do you do before the goods out of factory?

A: High temperature aging test, high temperature test, hanging test to ensure the good quality.

Q: When you will ship the product after I pay the money?

A:Its depend on the order, small order will takes 3-5 work days. if the item in store, we will ship next day.

Q: How to proceed an order for led light?

A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly We arrange the production.

Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive/

A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

Q: Do you have any MOQ limit for the led light order

A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available

Q: Is it OK to print my logo on led light product

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q: Do you offer guarantee for the product

A: Yes, we offer 2 years warranty to our products. Free spare part with free shipping in the first year, free spare part but you pay for the shipping in the second year.

Q: How about the warranty?

A:All of our light have 12 months warranty.
